Premises Licence Variation

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 has been made by Advocate Properties Limited to North Lincs Council in respect of premises known as The Irish, Oswald Road, Scunthorpe, DN15 7PU.

The brief description of the application is to update the plan and remove & amend conditions.

A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Church Square House, Scunthorpe, DN15 6XQ, by appointment or at www.northlincs.gov.uk search for ‘Licensing Register’.

Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, North Lincs Council at the above address by midnight 20/07/26.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
