APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of Cricketers, Sturdee Ave, Gillingham, ME7 2JR for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

This is an application to extend the licensable area shown on the submitted plan to include the external area.

This is to allow the use of an outside bar.

To extend sale of alcohol and all regulated entertainment hours currently permitted on the licence as follows: Sunday – Wednesday until 00:00 (currently 23:00 & 22:30 Sunday).Thursday – Saturday until 01:00 (currently 00:00).To add late night refreshments Sunday – Wednesday until 00:00. To extend late night refreshment Thursday Saturday until 01:00 (currently 00:00). To also add conditions relating to managing the external bar.

An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the by post to Gravesham and Medway Shared Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 lAU or email: licensing@gravesham.gov.uk by 17 July 2026.

The application is available for inspection at the same address during office hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine. TLT SOLICITORS
