LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We Savers Hearth and Beauty LTD, of Hutchinson House, 5 Hester Road, Battersea, SW11 4AN apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as Savers, 41 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 1DS.

HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT WE have applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 16/06/2026 for a Remises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following have been applied for:

Sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises Monday to Saturday 07:00-20:00, Sunday 09:00-17:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 14/07/2026. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it Is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
