The application may be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Team at Cheltenham Borough Council.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Team, Cheltenham Borough Council, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 9SA, by the statutory deadline specified by the Licensing Authority.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction should such an offence be committed.
