Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that I, The Kiln House Limited have applied to Westmorland and Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as The Kiln House (Church Street, Ambleside, LA22 OBU)

The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol and 11:00 to 20:45 hours, Tuesday-Saturday. Sale of alcohol 1100 to 18:45 hours, Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UQ or email: licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk

No later than 08/07/2026 stating the grounds for the representation.
