NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT UK Investments Limited has applied to The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea on 17 June 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Shadow Licence 36 Golborne Road London W10 5PR for the provision of regulated entertainment (indoors) Films, Indoor Sporting Events Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 09:00 to 23:30, Live Music Basement to 2nd Floor Monday to Saturday 15:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 15:00 to 23:30, Record Music Basement and Ground Floor Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 07:00 to 23:30, 1st and 2nd Floor Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 00:00, Friday to Saturday 07:00 to 01:00 and Sundays 07:00 to 23:30, Performance of Dance and anything similar 2nd Floor Monday to Saturday 15:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 15:00 to 23:30, the provision of late night refreshment (indoors) Basement and Ground Floor Monday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:30 and Sundays 23:00 to 00:00, and 1st and 2nd Floors Monday to Thursday 23:00 to 00:30, Friday to Saturday 23:00 to 01:00 and Sundays 23:00 to 00:00, the sale by retail of alcohol (both) Basement and Ground Floor Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 00:00 and Sundays 09:00 to 23:30 and 1st and 2nd Floors Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 00:00, Friday to Saturday 09:00 to 01:00 and Sundays 09:00 to 23:30, as more particularly set out in the application.

A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing or at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

Any person wishing to submit representations must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by no later than 15 July 2026.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the Maximum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard Scale) is unlimited.
