NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Bryony Elizabeth Edmunds, Seraphina Isabel Bryony Edmunds Coneile, Xanthe Sophia Lily Edmunds Thel and Milo Nicholas Ivo Edmunds t/a Andrew Edmunds Wine Bar & Restaurant has applied to Westminster City Council on 12 June 2026 to vary the premises licence at Andrew Edmunds Basement And Ground Floor 46 Lexington Street London W1F 0LP so as to add the ground floor of 44 Lexington Street for events and functions matching the timings as currently licensed; pre-application advice has been followed and to also add an additional condition, as more particularly set out in the application. No changes have been made to timings or activities.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 10 July 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
