PUBLIC NOTICE

Application for the variation of a Premises Licence Premises: The Maypole Inn, The Street, Borden, Kent, ME9 8JN. Proposed Variations: to extend the licenced area to include the outside shelter and bar for the sale of alcohol within the permitted hours of the existing premises licence. The licensable activities and hours remain as for the current licence. Date to make representations by: 10 July 2026

The licensing application can be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Team. Any objections to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Department, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3HT or by email to licensing@swale.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. Any person who makes a false statement is liable, on summary conviction, to an unlimited fine.
