NOTICE is hereby given that 195 Piccadilly Limited has made an application to Westminster City Council on 15 June 2026 under the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly, London, W1J 9LN.
The application is to vary the premises layout to extend the existing bar counter on the fourth floor of the premises, as shown in the drawing attached to the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing by no later than 13 July 2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act to: Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or by email licensing@westminster.gov.uk
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
