LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Lewis McLeod has applied to Exeter City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Union County Games Limited, situated at Vanguard House, Yeoford Way, Marsh Barton Trading Estate, Exeter, Devon, EX2 8HL.
The relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on from the premises are:
Sale of Alcohol
Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 11pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm.
The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Exeter City Council, Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter, EX1 1JN, during normal office hours or online at www.exeter.gov.uk.
Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address, or by email to licensing@exeter.gov. uk, by no later than 7th July 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
