Take notice that I Amy Meacock Of Margate House, 6 Dalby Square Cliftonville, Kent CT9 2ER.

Have applied to Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent for a Variation to a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as Margate House under the above Act.

The licensable activities will be the Adding terrace space out the back of the restaurant to serve food, alcohol and play recorded music in the following times: Recorded music Mon - Sun 11:00am - 22:00pm Sale of alcohol Mon - Thurs 12:00pm-22:00pm Fri - Sat 12:00pm -22:30pm Sun 12:00pm - 22:00pm Opening hours Mon - Sun 00:00-00:00.

Any representation in respect of the application should be made in writing to the Licensing Department, Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent, using the online representation form that can be found at the link above.

The last date for receipt of representations is July 14th 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
