NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I, STEPHEN LEINSTER of THE OLD BARN, SOUTHGORE, NORTH LEVERTON, RETFORD, DN22 0AA applied on 23rd June 2026 To: Liverpool City Council in respect of the premises know as: PRIVATE SHOP located at 63/65 MOORFIELDS, LIVERPOOL, L2 2BP to renew the licence to use the premises as a Sex Shop.
ANY PERSON wishing to make representations about the application should write, setting out their representations in general terms, to the Liverpool City Council, Licensing & Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH by no later than 21st July 2026.
Please note that any written representations received in response to this consultation are likely to be required to be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
