What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that: Hustlers (Hull) Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority of: Hull City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the following premises: 283-287 Hessle Road, Unit 4, First Floor, Hull, HU3 4BQ.

For the licensable activities of the sale by retail of alcohol on the premises and the playing of recorded music from 09:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence is unlimited.

Anyone wishing to oppose or comment on the application must do so in writing not later than 17/07/2026 by contacting; Hull City Council, Licensing Section, 33 Witham, Kingston Upon Hull, HU9 1DB
