Notice is hereby given that Triad SRW Ltd has applied in respect of Woodland Dance Project, Old Down Estate, Bristol, BS32 4PG for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Sale of alcohol (on the premises). Regulated entertainment (inside and outside). Performance of plays. Film. Live music & Recorded Music. Performance of dance. Hours for licensable activities: 11:00 to 22:00. Opening hours: 9:00 to 23:00. Activities and hours: Licence is valid for licensable activities on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday only and for a Max 1 day in total in 2026 and max 2 events over 2 events (4 day’s total) in 2027 onwards.

Date by which Other Persons and Responsible Authorities may make representations: 9th July 2026. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN, and the register may be inspected during normal office hours.
