NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE


Notice is hereby given that the University of Wolverhampton Students' Union has applied to the City of Wolverhampton Council for a Premises Licence in respect of: George M.G. Building, Wulfruna Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 1LY.
The application seeks authorisation for the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and other licensable activities associated with a Students' Union venue. Proposed hours are: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 to 00:30 Sunday: 10:00 to 23:00
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, City of Wolverhampton Council, Civic Centre, St Peter's Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1RP. Representations must be received no later than the 15th July.
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
