What is proposed?
We, EatTok3 LTD, give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: Tower Garage, 1 Tower Road, Newquay, Cornwall, TR7 1LY.
The application is to: Authorise the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, the provision of live music and recorded music, and the opening of a bar and entertainment venue within the licensed area.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 9 July 2026.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also available by searching "List of current premises licence applications" on the Cornwall Council website. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine, which is unlimited.
