Notice is hereby given that Durham County Council have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as The Light, Aykley Heads, Durham, DH1 5TU
For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the Following licensable activities: -
Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Consumption on and off the premises) Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 23:00
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 8th July 2026 and sent to: - Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 274, Stanley, DH8 1HG Or e-mail to Licensing@durham.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
