Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Urban Leisure (BX) Limited in respect of Premises known as Urban Leisure (BX) Limited, Units 1 and 2, Plot 14, 37-41 Merchant Street, Brent Cross Town, London, NW2 8BA applied to London Borough of Barnet for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is:

To update the licensing layout drawings attached to the premises licence (3460.80 F).

To regularise the location of the red line licensed area to cover the full area demised to the applicant by Argent, the premises landlord and developer.
