What is proposed?

Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Urban Leisure (BX) Limited in respect of Premises known as Urban Leisure (BX) Limited, Units 1 and 2, Plot 14, 37-41 Merchant Street, Brent Cross Town, London, NW2 8BA applied to London Borough of Barnet for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is:

To update the licensing layout drawings attached to the premises licence (3460.80 F).

To regularise the location of the red line licensed area to cover the full area demised to the applicant by Argent, the premises landlord and developer. All licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and all conditions to remain as existing. See application for full details. See full application for details.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, London Borough of Barnet Licensing Team, Licensing Team, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW or by email to licensingadmin@barnet.gov.uk no later than 9th July 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of London Borough of Barnet and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.barnet.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
