Applicant: Brew Monkey Limited Premises: Whichcote Arms, London Road, Osbournby, Sleaford, NG34 ODG. North Kesteven District Council hereby gives notice of an application made to them to vary the Premises Licence for the above premises. The proposed variation(s) is/are as follows: - - Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premise only from the courtyard cafe between 10:00 and 18:00 Monday to Sunday (indoors only). - Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premise only from the village store between 10:00 and 18:00 Monday to Sunday (indoors only). No changes to the current premise licence for the pub- just the addition of the two new areas at the rear of the premise for alcohol sales only.
Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF from 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 4:00pm Friday, and online at www.n-kesteven.gov.uk/business/licensing
All representations made by any persons or Responsible Authorities to the Licensing Authority must be in writing. The last date for representations to be received by us is 03.07.2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
