I Mr Arif Soab Patel, (King’s Castle Preston) 43 Church Street, Preston, PR1 3DH, hereby give notice that I have applied to VARY a Premises Licence in respect of Kings
Castle Preston as follows:-
The proposed licensable activities are as follows:-
Late Night Refreshment (On & Off premises) Sunday to Thursday – 23:00 to 01:00. Friday to Saturday – 23:00 to 03:00.
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Unit, Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL. The record of the application may be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or at any time at www.preston.gov.uk. Any interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Unit, Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL. The last day for representations to be made is 8th July 2026. All representations must be made in writing and sent to the Licensing Team in writing or via email.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
