What is proposed?

 

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer PLC to the Licensing Authority of Leeds City Council to vary the Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, Units 4 & 5 Guiseley Retail Park, Park Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 8EG. The application includes the following terms:-

  1. Variation to change the internal layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority to allow for a store extension.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 1UR during normal office hours or email entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 9th July 2026 (www.leeds.gov.uk/licensing)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
