Notice is hereby given that we Valli Forecourts Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Stanley Service Station, Chester Road, Stanley, Durham, DH9 0TJ For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:
The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) 23.00 – 05.00 hrs Monday to Sunday inclusive.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 6th of July 2026 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 274, Stanley, Durham DH8 1HG
