Director of Environmental Health, Environmental Health Services Unit, Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, Civic Headquarters, Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn, BT27 4RL
by giving notice to the Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not
later than 28 days after the date of the application.
