What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to Wigan Council

Cube (Leigh) Ltd has applied for the grant of a premises licence at 28 St Helens Road, LEIGH WN7 4HW to conduct the following licensable activities from the premises: to open after 11pm on Monday to Sunday serving late night refreshments’.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, WIGAN WN1 1NJ between 09:00 – 17:00Hrs Mon to Fri.

Brief details can also be obtained from the Council’s website www.wigan.gov.uk 

Any person or responsible authority may make representations in writing about the application no later than 2nd July 2026, and these should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, WIGAN WN1 3DS or emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is unlimited.
