Notice is hereby given that on the 15th June 2026 Samora Mandlady Cunha Da Cruz applied to North Yorkshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Food Plus, 54-55 Newborough, Scarborough YO11 1ET The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The supply of alcohol (off sales) on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 07:00 to 23:00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas street, Scarborough YO11 2HG or by email to licensing.east@northyorks.gov.uk no later than the 13th July 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of North Yorkshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the North Yorkshire Council office at Licensing Services, North Yorkshire Council Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough YO11 2HG during normal business hours, or on the council’s website https://licensing. scarborough.gov.uk/1/WcaHome It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
