Unit 20 Hirwaun Ind Estate, Aberdare, RCT, CF44 9UP Notice is given that Shadow Spirits Ltd has applied to RCT Borough council for a premises licence or club premises certificate under the licensing act 2003.

Alcohol licence.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to : The Licensing Manager, RCT Borough Council, Public Health & Protection, Ty Elai, Dinas Isaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY. Email: licensing.section@rctcbc.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later that 11.07.26 The application record & register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application & the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
