An on-line summary of the application can be viewed on www.dudley.gov.uk Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing between: 09/06/2026 and 06/07/2026 to Director of Development & Regulation, Housing & Assets, Licensing, Dudley MBC, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
