LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES 1 Mosley Street and 118-124 Pilgrim Street, Newcastle NE1 1YE Notice is given that Malhotra Leisure Limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 15th June 2026 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: - To extend finish time of all licensed activities to 02:00 hrs (late-night refreshment to 02:30 hrs) daily. To show end time of opening hours as 02:30 hrs daily. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Representations must be received by 14th July 2026. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
