What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Amazon UK Services Ltd to Manchester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 5, Clayton Court City Works, Openshaw, M11 2NB.

The proposed application is for a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises from 07:00am to 01:00am Monday to Sunday.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Licensing Unit (Premises), Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, PO Box 532, Manchester, M60 2LA, where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website www.manchester.gov.uk

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address above or to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than 9 July 2026 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
