What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 – Public Notice

We Midland Events Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Denbighshire County Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence At Queens Market, Sussex Street, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 1SE known as Marchnad y Frenhines / Queens Market. The application is to: - submit a new plan to extend the Licenced area for all licensable activities which will include a small outdoor bar for the sale of alcohol. To amend the provision of Late-Night Refreshment from indoors only to both indoors and outdoors.

The full application can be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority. Representations can be made between 12-06-2026 to 09-07-2026. Representations received after this date will not be considered. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Lead Officer, Planning Public Protection and Countryside Services, Denbighshire County Council, PO Box 62, Ruthin, LL15 9AZ.
