LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Bula Market has applied to Southampton City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of: Bula Market, 46 Shirley High St, Shirley, Southampton, SO15 3NF.
The application seeks to permit the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises.
Proposed hours: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00.
The public register of the Licensing Authority is kept at: Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY. The application record may be inspected there during normal office hours or online at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing.
Any person wishing to make a representation concerning this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address (or via email to licensing@southampton.gov.uk) no later than 6 July 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
