A record of the application may be inspected at: Licensing Team, Teignbridge District Council, Forde house, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 4XX. Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 14 July 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction should they do so.
