FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has today been made to Calderdale MB Council for a Premises Licence by Convenience Halifax Ltd for: 142 Queens Road, HALIFAX, HX1 3XY Proposed licensable activities: Off Sale of Alcohol – 07:00 to 23:00hrs DAILY Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Unit, Town Hall, HALIFAX HX1 1UJ by 08/07/26. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
