Application for a variation of a Premises Licence

To whom it may concern: Cinco’s Mexican Restaurant Hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Wyre Council for the variation of Premises Licence ref: PL A0720 5-7 Breck Rd. Poulton Le Fylde. FY6 7AA
The variation is to:- Remove condition that a meal must be served to consume alcohol and to extend licensable activities by 30 mins.
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Wyre Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU no later than 09/07/2026. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
