NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/We Platinum Bar Wirral Limited of 24-28 Conway Street, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 6JD have applied to Wirral Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Platinum Bar, 24-28 Conway Street, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 6JD, for the following Licensable Activities:-

Nature of Licensable Activity: Sale of alcohol, late night refreshment, live music & recorded music: Mon to Thurs 12:00 to 03:30, Fri & Sat 12:00 to 05:00, Sun 12:00 to 04:00.

Hours open to the public: Mon to Thurs 12:00 to 04:00, Fri & Sat 12:00 to 05:30, Sun 12:00 to 04:30.

We have also applied to amend condition 11, 12 & 13.

A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays.

Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey no later than Friday 3.7.2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
