What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICENOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003.

Notice is hereby given that James Henrit has applied to Swale Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Eako Limited / Elvis & Kresse, situated at Elvis & Kresse, New Barns Farm, Box Lane, Painters Forstal, Faversham, ME13 0RU.

The relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on at the premises are: The sale of alcohol for consumption off-sales only: Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 21:00, and Sunday 10:00 to 15:00. A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected by appointment at Swale Borough Council, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HT or online at www.swale.gov.uk

Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at: Licensing Department, Swale Borough Council, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HT or via email to licensing@swale.gov.uk no later than 15 July 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
