NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Rievaulx Terrace, Rievaulx YO62 5LJ.
Notice is given that English Heritage Trust has applied to North Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The licensable activities are: Supply of alcohol on and off premises daily between 10:00 – 17:30. Supply of alcohol on and off premises during private hire and prebooked events between 10:00 – 23:00. These events will be restricted to a maximum of 30 days per year.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH or by email to licensing.east@northyorks.gov.uk.
Representations must be received by the date below: 9 / 7 / 2026.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
