NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR

A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of North Yorkshire Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at 27 Commercial Street, Norton, YO17 9HX. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at North Yorkshire Council, Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG or by email to licensing.east@northyorks.gov.uk at any time up to and including 7th July 2026. The application record and register may be viewed by prior appointment during normal office hours at the above address or by visiting www.northyorks.gov.uk/licensing-and-registration 

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
