Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Newport City Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Unit 3 & 4, 28 East Retail Park, Newport, NP20 2NW. The proposed Licensable Activity Is The Sale By Retail Of Alcohol For Consumption Off The Premises Each Day Of The Week Between 06:00 And 00:00.

The Licensing Register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm Mon to Fri. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at: Licensing Services, Newport City Council, PO Box 883, Civic Centre, Newport, NP20 9LR, at any time up to and including 8th July 2026. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
