NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Mersey Ventures Limited for a premises licence in respect of 4 Old Hall Street, Tithebarn House, Liverpool, L3 9RQ to allow the following:

Supply of Alcohol on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:00.

Recorded Music (indoors): Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:00.

Hours open to the public: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:00.

The licensing register and full details of the application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Authority during office hours at: Licensing, Liverpool City Council, Cunard Building, Water Street, L3 1AH. licensing@liverpool.gov.uk.

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representation in writing to the Licensing Authority up to 14 July 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
