What is proposed?

Timings for licensable activities to take place Monday to Sunday between 12.00hours - 23.00hours.

Nonstandard timings - Christmas Eve 12.00 to 23.30, New Year’s Eve 12.00 to 01.00.

The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Unit, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Bacup, OL13 0BB.

The record of the application may be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or at any time at www.rossendale.gov.uk.
