NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Tewkesbury Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at The Grange, Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, GL52 8YQ.
The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.
Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Department, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT or by Email to licensing@tewkesbury.gov.uk any time up to and including 7th July 2026. Requests to view the application must also be made in writing.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
