What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that SS (Manchester) Limited has applied to Manchester City Council in respect of Shrimp Shack (formerly Frankie & Benny’s), Unit 15, The Printworks, Withy Grove, Manchester, M4 2BS.

For the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Opening hours to the public – 09:00 until 00.30 the following morning every day.

For the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) – 10:00 until 00:00 every day.

For the above, from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.

For late night refreshment – 23:00 until 00:00 every day.

For the above, from 23:00 on New Year’s Eve until 05:00 on New Year’s Day.

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: end of 9th July 2026.
