Notice of application for a new Premises Licence 

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Lulu London Ltd to Southwark Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of premises located at 1B Calton Avenue, London, SE21 7DE. The relevant licensable activities and proposed times to be carried on, on or from the premises are: 1. To permit the supply of alcohol from 08:00 to 22:30 (Monday – Saturday) and 08:00 – 16:30 (Sunday). 2. To permit the provision of regulated entertainment to include recorded background music (indoors) from 08:00 to 22:30 (Monday Saturday) and 08:00 – 16:30 (Sunday). Southwark Council, Southwark Licensing Team, 3rd Floor, Hub 1, PO BOX 64529, London, SE1P 5LX where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website. Any
representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@southwark.gov.uk  no later than 7 July 2026 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an o fence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.  The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
