Application To Vary A Premises Licence

Name of applicant SSG Inns Ltd Postal address of premises The Old Oak, 40 Stonebow Road, Drakes Broughton, Pershore, WR10 2AP. The applicant proposes to Vary the following Licensable Activities from the above premises as follows: - Internal Alterations To Public House And Extension To Rear To Include Disabled Toilet And Full Refurbishment Of All Areas. No Alterations To Operating Hours. Remove The Existing Embedded Condition Restricting Children Under The Age Of 14 From Being Present In The Bar Area During Permitted Hours. Permit Children And Young Persons To Access All Appropriate Customer Areas Of The Premises When Accompanied And Supervised By A Responsible Adult.

By 30/06/2026 – 28th consecutive day after the date of lodging the application. The record of the application is available for inspection by appointment. It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in, or in connection with, an application.
