LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
An application for a premises licence has been submitted to Charnwood Borough Council by Prestwold Farm LLP in respect of Gallerywood, Prestwold Park, Prestwold Hall, Prestwold Lane, Prestwold, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE12 5SQ. For the following licensable activities on the following days and times The ON sale of alcohol Monday to Wednesday 1100-2300, Thursday 1100-2400, Friday 1100-2400, Saturday 0000-2400, Sunday 0000-0600, 1100-2300. Late Night refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300-0500 Live & Recorded music, plays, films and performance of dance Monday to Sunday 0000-2400 Please note - For any licensable events that operate beyond 1800 hours, the premises licence will be restricted to a maximum of 6 four-day events and 10 three-day events per calendar year. Dated 11th June 2026.
Any objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, using the Representation Form which can be found at https://www.charnwood.gov.uk/ pages/object_to_premises_licence_or_club_certificate to: Licensing Manager, Charnwood Borough Council, Council Offices, Southfield Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE11 2TX, and must be made by the following date:- 9th of July 2026 A record of the application can be inspected at the Council Offices at the aforementioned address during normal office hours. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
