What is proposed?

TAKE NOTICE that THE STONE HOUND PUB & KITCHEN LTD, company number NI719894, whose

registered office address is at 22 Main Street, Ballintoy, Ballycastle, BT54 6LX (“the Applicant”) intends to apply to Ballymena Magistrates’ Court sitting at The Courthouse, Albert Place, Ballymena,

BT43 5BS at 10.00am on 9 th July 2026 for the transfer to it of a licence at present held by ADC Entertainments (N.I) Limited, whose registered office address is c/o The Insolvency Service, Fermanagh House, 20a Ormeau Avenue, Belfast BT2 8NJ for premises situate at The Stone Hound, Junction Retail Park, Ballymena Road, Antrim, BT41 4JG, being premises of a kind specified in Article 5(1)(a) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely, premises in which it is intended to

carry on the business of selling intoxicating liquor for consumption either in or off the premises.

The Applicant is a private company of which the following person is sole director: Sean James McLaughlin of 22 Main Street, Ballintoy, Ballycastle, BT54 6LX. The director and no other person has executive control.



A Protection Order authorising the Applicant to carry on the business under the licence was granted on 4 th June 2026 by the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Ballymena for the period of 6 months from the date of the Order.



The Applicant is the owner of the business carried on under the licence.

The owner of the premises is Episo 4 Antrim sàrl, of 1 Allee Scheffer, L-2520, Luxembourg, whose address for service is c/o A&L Goodbody Solicitors, 42-46 Fountain Street, Belfast, BT1 5EF.

The Licence will be deposited with the clerk of the petty sessions before or at the hearing of the

application.



AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in premises in the vicinity of the premises for which the transfer of the licence is sought who intends to object to

the transfer of the licence must in accordance with paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to the Licensing Order serve notice of his intention to object upon the applicant and the Clerk of the Petty Sessions not less than one week before the time of the court sitting at which the application is to be heard and the permissible grounds of objection are those specified in Article 22(6) of the Licensing Order.
