What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Philip Richard David Pearce applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 11th of June 2026 for a licence to use the premises at Cascara, 3 Upper Borough Walls, Bath BA1 1RG for the licensable activity to supply alcohol within the premises.

The planned opening times are
Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 00:00pm and Sunday 9:00am to 23:00 pm

Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/public-registers.

Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 13th of July 2026.

Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
