New Premises Licence Application

Take notice that I, LL DU PLESSIS, Of The Bus Café, Royal Crescent Promenade, Margate, CT9 5FJ Have applied to Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as The Bus Café Ltd, under the above Act.

A copy of the application may be inspected online at https://www.thanet.gov.uk/info-pages/applications-received-underthe-2003-licensing-act/

Please contact the Licensing Department at licensing@thanet.gov.uk should you require any further information.

The licensable activities will be the on and off sales of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 9am to 9pm.

Any representation in respect of the application should be made using the form on the website that can be found at the link above before the 14th of July 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
