What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given by 5th Flock Limited that on the 12th June 2026 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a premises licence.
The application is in respect of Nash Mountain, Troopers Inn, Haverfordwest, SA62 4NS and can be inspected between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP by prior arrangements. Or on the council’s website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing.
The application relates to the Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk.
Those representations must be made in writing by 10th July 2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
